2.3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or objectionable; upload nudity or sexually explicit content; violate any intellectual property rights; transmit viruses or malicious code; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

2.4 Prohibited Content

MamaPapa strictly prohibits nudity and sexually explicit content. We use automated detection systems to identify and remove prohibited content. Accounts that repeatedly violate this policy may be suspended or terminated.

3.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, and other content you upload to MamaPapa. By uploading, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content solely for operating the Service.

3.2 Privacy and Sharing Controls

You have full control over who can see your content through privacy settings. Photos are private by default. You can share albums with friends and family who have MamaPapa accounts.

3.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to monitor, review, and remove content that violates these Terms. We may use automated tools to detect prohibited content.

4.1 Subscription Plans

MamaPapa offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free accounts include basic storage and features. Paid plans provide additional storage, advanced features, and priority support.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.

4.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Contact support within 14 days of billing for issue resolution.

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by MamaPapa and protected by international intellectual property laws.

5.2 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback for any purpose.

6.1 Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. MamaPapa disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

6.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in subscription fees during the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

7.1 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful conduct.

7.2 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We recommend downloading your content before deletion.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms and updating the "Last updated" date.
